VerĂ¹m ne que illa est prorsus certa, prorsum que evidens, ac Aristotelica illa causa, et demonstratione genita, sed non caret tamen sua certitudine, atque evidentia, ac proinde probabilitate, ut quae nitatur conjecturis, rationibusque admodum apparentibus, et quae Intellectum continere possint ne assentiatur illis Propositioni, quod detur scientia Aristotelica.

It is not absolutely certain or evident and its Aristotelian causes have not been demonstrated. But, that which is based on conjectures , upon reason which is adequately apparent, and an understanding that they cannot agree with the proposition that there is an Aristotelian science, is not free from certainty and evidence, and, hence, probability.
